In what I think is very very funny some Radio stations seem to be having a hard time playing Copy Protected disk. So much for those artist billboard standings. It’s almost to funny. I guess the recording industry seems to think that radio stations using standard CD players. What a bunch of idiots as the radio stations can’t get the tracks into their computer systems. That’s too funny! I recently ran into the “not a real CD” problem, but it never would have occured to me that they’d be hurting themselves with airplay. Go RIAA!
yeah, if i can make a cd with lable for $1… how come it cost them $20? don’t tell me they are buying the disk one at a time… LOL
Ya know….The RIAA is really shooting itself in the foot with this one. I Believe that people who use file-sharing utilities like napster-clones or newsgroups are more inclided than ever to burn the music industry. I however do not get a chance to listen to music much, but I do know quite a few that do….and they are livid at what RIAA is doing. They feel that it is the industry’s falt to begin with, mostly due to the price of media itself. You will nver make me swallow that it takes $19-$25 to manufacture a cd. These prices are astronomical and the only ones who pay it are the ones that are willing to ones that do not know any better. I myself don’t really care, I buy few cds for the simple fact that is all I require, but others pirate music to burn the industry.
