Software

Have you been downloading Music on your Bosses Network

Gosh I know none of you have ever shared a MP3 file at work. Hmmmm seems my IPAQ has a 128 meg card that is full of music and with the infrared port makes it easy to beam a file. Well I don’t think your employers are going to try and Jam a Infrared Beam. But they just might put a software solution on there network to shut you Kazaa users down that have been adding to your music collection on your bosses bandwidth.

A new software package called TippingPoint introduces (PPPP) Peer to Peer Piracy Prevention software. Well I am sure the geeks on your network are going to love it when this one is put on-line by your ADP department. [Internet Week]
