Seems privacy advocates are really worried that Google’s desktop will be open people up for privacy invasion. It is true if your PC is compromised a hacker could get into your system and load a webpage and search for financial, images etc with relative ease. I hope that Google will implement some security features to assure users that their indexed data is safe. [The Register]
