Do you dream Tech?
I have to share this with you because I had a weird dream last night. I dreamt I was in a meeting with some unknown Microsoft Executive and he was on the phone at the same time and was writing on a piece of paper a number.

Finally Windows Media Player Firefox Plugin
It took a long time for this to happen but finally their is a WMP plugin for Firefox. Why it took so long I am not sure but I am really happy that the open source lab at Microsoft put it together.
Web Radio RIP unless you Act Today!
Think I'm kidding? The picture to the left should explain it all. I am asking you to get involved today! The recent ruling against Internet Radio by the copyright board judge is going to require and all out battle. The only way you can save Internet Radio, Webcasters, and media streaming to your mobile devices is to get mad and demand that congress do something about this now! The RIAA goal is to destroy thousands of independent Internet Radio stations and unless something is done immediately streaming sites are going to be going off the air effective immediately!
Streaming Service Prices will Fall!
With Webcasters not getting any relief from their appeal to have the music streaming rates lowered, music streaming services are going to be loosing a lot of business. If you have been sitting on the sidelines you may want to think about starting an Independent Music streaming services because I am betting streaming service prices will fall faster than a roller coaster,

Google Adwords Something is Fishy
I am currently running four Google Adwords campaigns for a couple of our sites and did a significant amount of research into the 100 or so search words I am using in the campaigns. Tonight when I went to check on their performance. I found nearly all of them inactive, and the bid amounts needing to be increased.
Watching the Web 2.0 Conference on Ustream.TV
The barriers to watching conferences has been lowered, most of us have to work and cannot go to these types of conferences because of the cost of travel etc. Watch the live stream from Scoble and Jeremiah.
Well I Guess Imus could start a Podcast
One thing is for sure money makes the world go around and in traditional media you better be able to keep your sponsors happy. Don’t think for a second that the only reason Don Imus got fired was because of his inappropriate remarks, he got fired primarily because his sponsors pulled the plug.
Ustream.TV
Last night as I was finishing up my show I received an e-mail from Chris Pirillo with a link on it. In fact I became pretty distracted while recording the show which was a first.

MySpace Slams the Door on Photobucket
It seems another company that was counting on cashing in on MySpace mania is now in deep trouble. Earlier tonight MySpace essentially blocked widgets from Photobucket. While I am not surprised this has happened, if permanent Photobucket users that are on MySpace will have to use the MySpace Services to replicate what they have put on their pages from Photobucket. Blogger Code of Conduct
I understand their are a lot of emotions out their considering the mean and hurtful things some people directed at some women Bloggers. But in all honesty at this point in the game I am pretty thick skinned. I survived the days of flaming on Bulletin Board Systems, that makes some of the stuff that has been written on the net lately seem pretty tame. I don’t excuse the behaviour or writings but I also understand it comes with the territory.
