The Electronic Frontier Foundation has taken notice of Apple’s recent actions along with giving notice of a bill that is before congress that could make trademark lawyers smile with envy. This is a very bad bill that will open the flood gates of litigation and give companies the right to sue on trademark infringement for the most minor similarity in product offerings. [EFF]
