You know Verizon has fought for years to keep long distance companies out of the local markets and they have been unwilling to deliver Naked DSL. Naked DSL allows you to have a DSL line without having a traditional phone line.
Well know they are up on Capitol Hill wanting the law changed so they can offer TV to their customers without having to go thru a new licensing scheme. As much as the cable companies upset me sometimes it is nice to see Verizon get a taste of it’s own medicine. [BetaNews]
