What I like about this product is that they have a daily rate for those needing to fix moms computer or monthly and annual rates for the professional that is providing technical support.
I can see the use of this product to be much greater. Often I get frustrated on something and if I could pay a technical expert to show me how to do something via my own pc and provide me a recording of that it would be worth its weight in Gold.
