At this point in the game I am telling everyone that sends me a e-mail asking how to get in Apple iTunes to call Apple, and complain. I have been trying to get a specific feed since they launched into the directory ,and have had no success. So I am at a loss also on how to get a feed that has been submitted to show up..
Podcasters have not helped the situation by doing some things that look pretty childish. Along with that some shows are listed more than a dozen times. They need to do a little house cleaning and get the directory squared away.
Be forwarned though if your hosting provider goes offline for a couple of hours it is likely that you will be removed from their listing.
I have tried many times through many ways to contact Apple to have the Not double list my podcast When searching “Apple, Mac, iPod, Macintosh” it shows up twice in the results. Apple says each time oh we will take care of it. So I hope ya understand it’s not all our fault some of us are trying to take care of it but Apple isn’t really doing a whole lot on their end
Well I’m happy to say that I finally got all my problems with them worked out. But I had to use the “report a concern” feature. Which I hate and think that they need to include some new options for that.
