Voters in California tell Walmart to get screwed

Finally people are standing up to Walmart. I wish my home town would have had the fortitude to stand up to Walmart then dozens of small business's would still be open and the downtown area would not look like a ghost town. [Dan Gillmor]

File Sharing not hurting Music Sales

We have all heard it from the RIAA mobsters that Music Sharing is destroying the music sales of all their clients. Whose facts do we have to go on their's and only their explanations. We do not get to independently review their books and find out who really makes the money in the music industry. Once in a while though

Linux presence growing?

I work with a great group of people, in that group we have a few Apple Zealots and a couple of Linux Guru's. I am far from being a Linux Guru although I am quite capable of poking my way around the command line without screwing something up. I had not really realized the growth of Linux until I thought
