Companies pre-screen employee candidates with computers

There is a growing trend that companies that see a high-turnover rate in employee's are trying to cut the churn rate and are using computer generated questionnaires that pre-qualify a candidate automatically and pre-ranks them before getting a interview. Well I can see a new cottage industry springing up that will help people beat those computer generated questionnaires. [eWeek]

WiFi Security

Seems consumers are pulling WiFi devices out of the box plugging them in and surfing with the default systems more times than not. The question I want to ask is why are people that stupid. Would they invite a complete stranger into their house and go to bed while the stranger surfed the net a looked around inside their computers.

321 Studios Resellers being taken to court

The MPAA was not happy enough with getting a injunction against 321 Studio's to stop selling a version of it's software, it is now going after 321 Studio's resellers in a bid to rid the marketplace of the software. But who would pay for the bandwidth you all have already forced me to increase my bandwidth allotment 4 times. If someone has a solution drop us a line.

A way to increase music sales

I hear songs on the radio and usually cannot remember 5 minutes late who the artist was. When I was younger 20 years to be exact I was up to speed on all the latest releases etc. I had a DJ gig as a part time job at a very popular club. The only real reason I liked being a

Information about Wiki’s you may not know

Most of you that visit this site will know what a Wiki is but those of you that don't need to get up to speed ZDNet has a great introduction to what a Wiki is. I especially like the fact that they got right the origins of the word Wiki which in Hawaiian means "Quick" Not that they are giving

Is web surfing on the decline. I can say for this site we have seen steady growth but some major sites are seeing dramatic declines in user traffic the big question is why. [Brainstorms]
