Seems the studios have had enough with people ripping videos from TV and having then uploading them on YouTube. With Fox issuing a Subpoena to YouTube what happens now. Will YouTube users end up paying for uploading copyright material? Google Watch
Everytime I hear about investigations into Stock Options and executive perks I usually ignore the story. But you would think a company as big as Apple with smart investment people and a bevy of lawyers would know better than to allegedly falsify documents.

It seems that the very thing that may get an ex HP CEO thrown in Prison is the very thing that the MPAA wanted to be assured would not be banned in legislation in California. I find it very disturbing that the MPAA would need to use the highly controversial practice of pretending to be someone else in order to obtain personal information.
In what can only be described as a stunning turn of events it appears that Russia has agreed to shutdown AllofMP3.com as of this writing the site was still up and online. I am sure that many will be disappointed if the site indeed gets shutdown. The question I have is where will it re-surface next? But I think everyone knew that the sites days were numbered.
