What the heck is going on in the Podcasting Space first we hear that TWIT has possible participant commitment issues and now I find out that the Gillmor Gang is done. I have no inside information on what the heck is going on with all those personalities, but I have my own understanding of group dynamics.
The Mars Global Surveyor (MGS) could be in deep trouble. NASA has in essence lost contact with the spacecraft. With the spacecraft having been in orbit for nearly 9 years it has outlived it’s mission expectancy. NASA will be working hard to re-establish contact but sadly the spacecraft could be lost. Finally the RIAA is being required to justify why it charges people it catches people pirating $750.00 a single rather than the 70 cents that retailers have to pay.
I have been reading a bunch of stuff about this new product from Microsoft called Photosynth and decided to check it out. Well this is the message that greeted me when I went to the site

Well the folks at NASA/JPL are faced with a dilemma, that may spell the demise of the Opportunity Rover. They are trying to determine how they should drive the Rover into the Victoria Crater but they are not necessarily worried about driving out. Thus the Opportunity Rover could very well be on a one way ticket into a crater to collect
I don’t think I have ever seen Chirs Pirillo say anything negative on his Blog but someone must have really shafted him. The packing trucks where coming to move his household goods when all of a sudden the moving plans were canceled and he has apparently been sworn to secrecy as he is indicating he cannot say anything about the situation.
There are a lot of smart people at Sandia National Labs, and the science that they do is pretty important to this country. I was not surprised when I read today that they had melted a diamond into a puddle. Knowing that melting a diamond is not something that is done everyday, I was intrigued to see what they were

I asked in this Blog a few days ago why the Top Digg users don’t start blogging versus digging. These writers are obviously very talented in finding great content. Well today I received an e-mail from a Top 50 Digg user and he for now at least is going to Blog versus Digg his decision was partly due to my original post.
