If your a .Mac user it will come as no surprise that the .Mac service has been on the fritz over the past couple of days. It seems some Mac users are finding out that their walled garden that they have become to depend on has turned out to essentially be a situation where many users reply completely on .Mac services.
So those that have all their eggs in one basket per say are high and dry until Apple can get the situation resolved and get the .Mac walled garden operational again. I guess the old saying of Don’t Put All Of Your Eggs Into One Basket applies. [CNet]
I haven’t noticed anything and my .mac account is my main e-mail account and has been for years? I ordered pics the other day through my mac account through apple? I also haven’t seen any issues with my idisk?
Not sure what this article is referring too, I am on it pretty regularly and haven’t noticed anything.
