Everyone loves WiFi so how do employers deal with it.

My workplace has extremely rigid security rules when it comes to connecting devices to the network. This goes along with a very rigid software policy also. The rules are so rigid that sometimes it becomes counter productive. But I am also confident with those rules that my workplace data is secure.

Now what happens if you have no security policy and people setup WiFi and connectv devices as they please and it becomes a free for all.
