When the Record Labels suffered it’s humiliating defeat against Morpheus they could not stand to have been beaten. Now they have filed a lawsuit in Nashville TN home of Country Music and they are again out for blood. Like Rabid dogs that want to tear the head of anything they can get there teeth into.

“”The legal term for this is ‘forum shopping,’ ” said attorney Mark Radcliffe, a copyright-law expert at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich in Palo Alto. “You get a bad decision someplace, you go someplace else They’re filing in a place where music is important, where they’ve got a good chance of getting a sympathetic decision.””
This is just like a spoiled child having being sent to his room by his parents pleading his case to a sympathetic grandparent.
