Geek News Central stands behinds the EFF’s initiative to support the “Digital Consumer Right-to-Know Act (DCRKA), a bill that would require entertainment companies to label products with copy-protections that limit consumer use.”
They have initiated a letter writing campaign/petition. There is no stronger way to send a message to your elected official then to send a personal hand written letter and secondly to sign a well worded petition.
It is your right as a United States Citizen to let your voice be heard with your elected official. Don’t sit on the bandwagon and let media companies sell you inferior products. [EFF]
