In a court ruling that is bordering on madness and I do not use that word lightly if you read no other article on this site this week this is the one to read. Imagine being a copyright holder and being able to be judge and jury against a site you suspect is infringing on your copyright materials. You can have the site, network or ISP shutdown just because the court has issued that the copyright holder is going to be allowed to work on “Good Faith”
