Well I am sure the RIAA and the MPAA will fight this as they will definitely see more lost sales as soon as consumers see these labels. But it is also a sign of the times that people ripping a CD and putting it on there MP3 Player may become harder.
But it may not be just media that gets the label some consumer electronics could end up with the label if the bill makes it anywhere this year. Technology is going to rule the day no matter what happens anyway. [ZDNet]
