If that isn’t enough to make you say hmmm nothing will. I just wonder what all the money is being spent on. Banks need to fix this. There needs to be a sure way to ensure the person applying for credit is who he or she says they are. [MSNBC]

Any ideas on how that would be accomplished when every effort to better identify people is met as an infringement on privacy or further proof of the evil of “big brother”?
