Apple patches 22 security issues for OSX

Well if Apple keeps this up they are going to start going head to head with Microsoft in the number of bug fixes. Nice to see Apple staying on top of the bugs, and also fixing a couple of potentially serious issues that have cropped up recently. [AppleInsider]

Is your PC being used to Send Spam?

Sadly it may be and you don’t even know it. A in-depth report on the lengths spammers are going to is amazing. A unknown Russian group has control of about 70,000 computers worldwide and this is only one of many botnets that are being used to send spam or do task that their masters want them to.

The MacBook Hack Overlooked Facts!

Some in the Mac space even one of the editors here on GNC think the recent MacBook hack was not fair, but I think the follow up post on the Washington Post is pretty clear why they used a third party wireless card, its because Apple pressured them not to show that the Mac's own wireless cards are hackable! From

The MacBook Hacker Joke

I am going to start with a small knock knock joke. Knock Knock...... Who's there? It's a third party wireless card.... Third Party who?..... third party i just hacked your computer! I have never heard of anyone wanting to use another wireless card other than the built in Apple one. If there is someone out there who does I would
