The folks at Geeks.com have pulled the plug, basically saying they can no longer compete with the 500 pound guerrilla. This I assume of course is Amazon. Sad state of affairs when a popular online shopping destination cannot make enough margins to stay in business.
This should be very foreboding for all of us.. When a online store cannot compete head to head with Amazon one has to scratch their chin. I would sure love a breakdown of their operations to see how difficult it really was.
