Mozilla says they are patching light years faster than Microsoft!

There was a report out earlier in the week that was critical of Mozilla, they have responded and I tend to agree with their conclusions. To put it layman’s terms, the Mozilla foundation can simply move and react a lot faster than Microsoft can.

It’s hard to dispute facts considering Microsoft skipped patch Tuesday this month and windows machines are still vulnerable to a high threat security bug. [ZDNet]

Plus, I trust Mozilla more given that it was designed with security in mind from the start, versus Microsoft’s 11th-hour “security” features.

True, no matter what browsers you are on, there always will be security issues; but unlike IE, Mozilla is fast to act and take it as a high priority to fix the ones that people find.
