I have had two distinct discussions over the past 48 hours that explain why some traditional radio broadcasters are extremely unhappy about the podcasting revolution.
I have it on very good authority that a radio executive level report that was compiled measuring podcasters impact, has some very bad news in it for traditional media. My source was unable to send me the report for fear that it could be traced back to him but wanted me to as he calls it stir the pot a little.
One of the details I did get out of him was that the report indicated that podcasting could destroy the networks ability to make money when they rollout digital radio?
