This past holiday weekend I was planning on backing my Buffalo Technologies 120 Gb NAS drive. It had been about a month since my last back and there was a significant amount of changes made. So, here was my chance to spend a few hours of geekdom making sure I was properly backed-up.
When I sat down at my machine and looked over at the NAS drive its little red DIAG light was flashing.
It is great to hear a positive customer service story in today’s era of off shoring and indifference. The company I work for (not involved in the technology field) strives for customer service excellence, not just in name, but in practice. I can count on one hand the number of times in the past 2 years when I have had as positive an experience with customer service as what you’ve described.
