Speaking of web sites for the visually-impaired, do you realized your color scheme is horrible for that? The low contrast & small type does nothing to improve the situation. Please, please, please, at least change the damn color scheme.

Re: Shipping your book. Since I can hardly wait to see the book, I was thinking that the delay of you shipping books to the winners from Hawaii, would be interminable ;)
Thinking about that… I have a UPS account, and it seems like the publisher, or somebody stateside (volunteers???) could ship it with your account, save EVERYbody time and trouble, and spread the good word…
