Is Podcast Hotel Still Happening?

Well I have airline tickets, have a hotel room and yet I see no registration yet for Podcast Hotel that is being put on by Corante. Living in Hawaii you either buy your tickets several months out or get hit with a 50% surcharge. I am a little concerned. I have a couple of e-mails off to Alex at Corante yet have not heard back from him for a couple of weeks. Regardless I will be in Portland in July burning vacation time one way or the other? Hopefully we will have some more info soon!

Update: I have just been told by a third party that the date has changed to Septemeber. Who would organize a show get everyone planning on a specific date, and then change the date and not tell those that have been invited to come? If this is the case I guess I will be podcasting by myself in Portland in July! Traveling out of Hawaii in peak season requires tickets to be purchased up to two months in advance and they all have restrictions on them.

Something has to be amiss here because I verified the dates directly with the Alex at Corante just prior to buying those tickets, so either my third party has the wrong info, or I am totally screwed. You all must remember I am a dad with a wife and kids any trip were I am spending my own money has to be planned carefully into ones budget!
