Lets test the RIAA logic… (from: Mark Cuban)

At a CEA event I attended a couple weeks ago, I listened to a panel where MitchBainwol, the head of the RIAA, basically put out the argument that it was obvious that illegal downloads were hurtingmusic sales. It was obvious because the advent of file sharing coincided with a decrease in music sales. ThereforeA lead to B.

Personally, I don’t think anyone at the RIAA has a clue what the actual impact of filesharing on music sales is, butthen again, I don’t know either
