Man oh Man there must be a lot of people sharing brain waves as the idea has already taken off to put a Mac Mini in a car, in place of a traditional car stereo.
But I do not really want to drink the Kool Aid yet, and as I alluded to in my podcast, I want a Windows Media Center in my car. I know you can buy those cubes, but that sounds like installation hell. I want to pull my car stereo receiver out, smash it with a sledge hammer and put a WiFi enabled computer in my car that would be on 24/7 even when the car’s engine is off, without killing my battery and not needing to run a power cord to the house to keep it running.
