I have always known that you can bank sleep but you never can recover lost sleep. I am a typical night owl that works in an organization where the morning meeting starts at 7am. This is not conducive to the night owl life style. Typically I get my second wind about 8pm and can work to 2am non-stop. But I have to kick myself out of bed in the morning.
