If you read the linked story, some people think we are already in the Post PC era. Personally I beg to differ, sure PC’s are going to change some but people will still need a separate computer away from the kids to do research and all of the normal things we all do on our computers.
I can’t see working in my favorite financial program while sitting in front of the TV with the kids bugging me to watch a cartoon. The PC will be here for many years to come. But I do predict that in 10 years we will all have multi-monitor systems and our productivity will increase because the programs will become more innovative and help us manage everything from groceries to office supplies. Personally I am very excited where technology is taking us.
