Lexmark is denying that they are installing Spyware with the installation of Lexmark Connect. Instead they say it is a voluntary program that users are made aware of when they install the software.
If anyone has a screen capture of this supposed notification I would like to see it. If I were a betting man I would bet the farm that the disclosure is buried in a 20 page license agreement. [The Register]
