I think I should start advertising to do technical research for clueless lawyers when they are in over their heads. Seems the good folks at Rolex are worried about some spam e-mail’s that is advertising “to good to be true deals” on Rolex watches. Their lawyers sent cease a desist letters to absolutely the wrong people.
We all know you can buy knock off Rolex’s and most other brands at any swap meet in the country, along with a variety of name brand purses and clothing. In my travels to foreign countries the knock off’s are getting so good that they are hard to distinguish from the real deal. So buyer beware and if you plan on spending your hard earned dollars on a luxury item, please check and make sure the store your buying from is a Authorized Dealer “those little Authorized Dealer signs can be faked also” or don’t be surprised if your supposed Rolex has Seiko guts.
