We all know China censors large portions of the Internet and for Americans living in China this would in a word “suck”. I have had to deal with mini censorship of sites when working overseas and getting connectivity thru network lines paid for by Uncle Sam. That comes with the job but to be on a commercial Internet account that is state regulated definitely makes you realize that communism is still alive.
Ya for those of you that forgot China is still a communist state. Well anyway the ex-pats need some help I am sure the author of the letter would have wished it stay a little more private Dan Gillmor has it up on his site.
