The owner of Kazaa has had his hands full fighting of those that have done everything in there power to destroy the company. But they are now pinning some of their defense on some very old case law. I am hoping that the ruling of 1899 when big money and politics played a lesser role in the courts is enough to keep the guys at Kazaa out of hot water. [ZDNet]
