Is MAC OS X the new Hacker Paradise

It seems hacking Windows and finding holes in it has become about as common place as brushing one’s teeth. I have always supported the notion that the reason Mac Operating Systems rarely have security issues is because their are literally millions upon millions of Windows machines worldwide and they make a easy target. But because MAC’s market share is so significantly smaller they are a smaller target to the hacker community. But with the recent security issue with OS X I am wondering if we are going to start seeing more of these types of reports. Only time will tell. [Information Week]
