Just as the music industry is facing changes in it’s marketplace so are the Baby Bells. With more people using their wireless phones as their primary communications choice and the ever increasing utilization of VOIP the bells are loosing their base customers.
The Bells have an amazing infrastructure and will eventually become nothing more than data providers as technology allows people to move away from traditional dial up lines. [ZDNet]
