Ahh nothing like the miracles of modern medicine. I had some outpatient surgery done yesterday and spent the day on my back with ice-packs on and off the affected area along with doses of Tylenol every couple of hours. I was quite surprised how short the procedure took considering what was done and the amazing thing is I was in and out of the hospital in less than 2 hours.
I guess I should consider myself lucky as I have never had any medical issues in the past and while I am approaching my 40th birthday I guess can consider myself lucky.
