Business Week gets it and the RIAA doesn’t. What is amazing is that Business Week’s opinion fell without directly saying it in favor of the file swappers. The RIAA and those they support know there once coveted market of selling over-priced CD’s has come and went and they are desperate to try and keep the genie in the bottle a little longer.
