World’s most abusive Spammer to continue to Spam despite CanSpam

In an interesting read the notorious spammer Alan Ralsky plans on continuing to Spam millions of in-boxes but vows to follow CanSpam laws by offering opt-out etc. I am sure the opt-out will work but probably only for the e-mail that is already sent. There needs to be a special prison built for spammers make them read the millions and millions of spam messages they have sent over and over. [Int Herald Tribune]
