A Flash Bulletin has been issued by the Office of Homeland Security for a one time Unrestricted flight clearance to penetrate US Airspace. The flight clearance has been forwarded approved to the FAA, Norad and Department of Defense. Apparently the first ever special request was filed by Santa in order to expedite package deliveries around the United States, last years deliveries where hampered when he was intercepted by US Navy Aircraft as he was transiting the Atlantic Ocean in route to New York.
