I know your out there as you visit this website and your cool tool I found from the referral logs has us listed but I think your syndication tool is very cool. I want it for Geek News Central so I am looking for a day when we can purchase this tool. So if you are the creator of NewsBanger drop me a line. If nothing else we will drive some traffic to your site so that you notice we noticed.
If any of the Geek News Central visitors have developed a tool similar to NewsBanger that can be easily maintained then I look forward to writing you a check.
I am really not happy with the syndication module that we are using with drupal. I wish we could come up with something like newsisfree minus all of their bells and whistles. We just want a simple way to show you in a way that won’t blow your mind the 500 or so News Sources we review every day and to pull/que those feeds and have them available.
The thing that I find frustrating is trying to either buy a package or find someone that can build us what we want. Do you have talent? We are not rich but I have budgeted some money for the sites expansion. If you want to fix the current drupal modules I would even be willing to support that but someone has to care.
