I have been lucky in that I get to work with some pretty smart people on a daily basis. The engineers and software programmers are always a dream to work with and I usually get a lot of work done. But the minute management sticks there nose in forward progress is slowed considerably. I have found that the people down in the trenches want to do the right thing and make products that work and are innovative. So it is good news that the Geeks are back in charge in Silicon Valley. What is more silly is that your so called “IT” managers know diddly about the stuff the engineers actually have to do. The daily berage of moronic questions is just to funny. To use geeks that is.
