Well the cats out of the bag. Hey Jeff remember that topic you and I where talking about several months ago and that plan you had. Well NASA may have already paid for the research.
Some of you will be scratching your heads on that. But I have a friend who is big into remote controlled airplanes and UAV’s he wanted to figure out a way to power his airplanes from the ground either by microwave or laser. Seems he is on to something so I hope NASA at some point puts the information into the public domain.
But can you imagine future remote controlled vehicles being powered by a laser. Makes you go hmmmm. [SiliconValley]
