Seems our webhost provider can’t keep there hard-drives from becoming full. I am at my wits end with these guys and need to start shopping for a new host. It is painful to move but with 5 outages in less than a month I have had it up to my eyebrows.
If you have a good hosting company drop me a line. Also do not ever use Infinology. There supposed 24×7 tech support does not exist as it is 3am Hawaiian Standard Time and 6 am PST and no one is answering the phones there. But I bet if I wait 3 hours and call they will answer. Hmmmmm
I second the recommendation for Dreamhost. These guys are really setting the bar for web hosting. Their web panel allows you to administrate everything you could possibly want for yourself, from setting up email accounts, shell accounts, mysql databases all the way to upgrading your plan and viewing in-depth usage statistics. Also, their web support system is unparalleled. You can see how many open tech requests there are and what your place in the queue is.
I switched to DreamHost about a year ago and couldn’t be happier.
Very responsive, great support KB and I like their “vibe”.
