The FCC has released a massive decision on how local phone companies and other carriers are going to have to interact. There have been some changes that at first look could hurt consumers. The bells will no longer have to share networks and other services. Which in my opinion will hurt roll-outs of new technology. It is way to early to get a real feel as the new rules are contain in a 500+ page document. [ZDNet]
