With an attitude like this, why bother with this piece of software ?

That’s not our problem. You should contact Adobe or HP.

    Subject: CutePDF Question

    Dear Sir

Please find a PDF created with your free CUTEPDF creator. Although I do understand that I should not expect support for a free product I bring the following to your attention.

When attempting to print via network to a HP OfficeJet G95 I receive the following error :

ACRORD32 caused an exception 10H in module ACRORD32.EXE at 016f:0050df0e.

All PDF’s created with CUTEPDF seem to have the same problem in Acrobat Reader (the latest version downloaded from the Adobe site today) whereas other PDF’s not created with CUTEPDF do not have this problem.

I am using Windows 98 Second Edition on the computer where CUTEPDF is installed.

    Please advise

    In anticipation.

    Andre
