The RIAA’s printing presses are running 24/7 printing out there legal supines to get the names from the ISP’s of those users that they are going to prosecute. ISP that are small and ill equipped to handle this are going to feel some pain. In other regards I am sure some ISP’s are secretly going to be happy about this as they will be able to tame customers that have been the biggest abusers. [Wired]
