So that no artist cough cough (RIAA) goes unpaid webcasters that are non-commercial and Educational institutions have worked out a royalty plan for those 2 groups bypassing what could have put most out of business if they were to have followed the commercial royalty rate.
I just wonder though if I plug in one of those mini transmitting devices so I can listen to my MP3’s on my radio out in the yard if these Recording Industry pundits will track me down and try to make me pay a royalty if my neighbor tunes up the station also? ;) I swear this group is as greedy as they come.
