I was blown away yesterday my 13 yr old comes up and says. “Dad you have so many websites when do I get mine” I looked at her and said, have you been thinking about a website name? She says yepp and we go have a look and low and behold it was available. I was quite surprised as I never thought it would be available as it is a pretty cool name. We registered it and I added her to the server today setup an FTP account etc… Makes me smile… But I did some pre-emptive strikes 3-4 years ago when I knew my kids would want domains and parked 3 for them that I guessed they would want. We will now unpark one of them and have them both resolve to her new website. She is quite sad that I will not allow her to connect to the mail server for the domain as we have been forcing her to funnel her e-mail thru one account that we only allow her to receive e-mail from pre-verified accounts. When I get time I will add the rules to the new server.
