Seems there are some hacks going around already that lets you copy iTunes Streams or the files themselves. I am not going to list any direct links at this time as I think it will become a very significant story if it is true. But there are some very significant legal issues for those that have claimed to accomplish this. The RIAA will definitely be pissed if a legitimate service that people are paying for and which the RIAA is making money turns out to be able to be hacked. I have not personally went to the iTunes site yet but understand it is for MAC users only with a PC variant to be released at some point. I am not sure how this development will effect that deployment.
